The Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board is scheduled to address the annexation of the Panama Hattie’s site for proposed redevelopment as an infill, mixed-use project during Tuesday’s meeting.
Elsewhere in Palm Beach, the success of the Scripps biomedical research campus led to the approval of a 360-home development nearby and plans for another 341 apartments off Central Boulevard are in the works, according to the Palm Beach Post. A redrawn 4,760-acre Avenir community in the far western part of the city is close to six weeks away from a council vote.
