South Florida is the United Sates tropical paradise in real estate to the world. The real estate market in this region is in its apogee for international buyers, in special Latin Americans whom predominate for four consecutive years in the sales. As published by The Real Deal, last year, 2014, Miami Dade and Broward Counties registered that 70% of home buyers were latins, headed by buyers from Venezuela with 16%, Argentina with 12%, Brasil with 11%, Colmbia with 8%, and Mexico with 4%. Others considerable international groups of investors were from France with 5% and China with 2% .

Meanwhile the increasing has been evident, the values from properties and the new developments have been moving toward luxury, as response to the movement of international buyers with high acquisition power investing their capital, mostly in cash, as a measure of protection for their actives, Around 28% of the acquired properties from these groups were priced over $500,000. As reported by DailyWeath.com, two reasons made from South Florida one atractive for latins. One is the absence of income tax, in contrast with other states, and the other is the famed designation of Miami as the "Latin American Capitol".
