Along the Fort Lauderdale beaches lay numerous thriving hotels. The Trump hotel though never had the opportunity to even open their doors. After failing to open with numeroues investor lawsuits and a foreclosure, the property is now being offered as a bulk sale. At 298 units only 53 were sold before the project came to a halt. This is an opporunity for a developer and investment firms to come in and open a pratically turn key hotel. The real estate market is changing, and as it climbs the bulk sale of the Trump hotel could create a huge boost to the rental and tourism market in Fort Lauderdale.
