On the northernmost tip right where South Ocean Lane meets its end is where you'll find Oceanage Fort Lauderdale.  Built in 1972, it originally broke records when it opened after rapidly selling all 180 units within it even before the floor plans has reached completion.  It's still one of the best choices thanks to its stellar location and great amenities.
