Another of Parkland's more affordable housing options is The Mews. Homes in The Mews are between 1,300 to 2,200 square feet and enjoy the amenities of tennis courts and community swimming pool. Each home is either single or two story and has two to four bedrooms and attached garage.

The Parkland Community itself offers many outdoor attractions to residents including an equestrian community with miles of bridle paths, a number of state parks and recreation areas, and boating opprtunities on one of the many lakes.
