Oceania is actually a group of Sunny Isles condos located on a small patch of land just off of Collins Avenue and Sunny Isles Boulevard.  Although this small but important distinction lends each of the Oceania condos lots of privacy since it’s almost entirely surrounded by water, it’s important to note that residents can easily reach the Sunny Isles beachfront just by hopping over Collins Avenue.
