Marbella Surfside is a twelve story building located right across from the beach.  Unlike larger condos that sometimes try and stuff as many units as they can on each floor, Marbella only has four, great for people who want a mostly uncommon degree of privacy and tranquility.  The beachfront location adds just the right touch to Marbella’s appeal.

The fitness facility and library of Marbella are even better thanks to the fewer people who inhabit the building.  The same goes for the Marbella’s heated swimming pool and the Jacuzzi, the latter always welcome on those sporadic days when the South Florida weather gets a little nippy.  The beach vistas from the Marbella really have to been seen in person since pictures don’t properly justify the experience.

On top of the beach Marbella is very close to the Bal Harbour Shops, you could walk there if you wanted to.  Further north is Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura and additional sights at Haulover Beach.  Alternatively, drive south from Marbella and you can visit Miami Beach in moments.
